Returns & Exchanges

 

 

We at Suzi Rose designs wish to ensure that you love your new purchase but we understand you may need to return your item for an exchange, credit or refund. We want this process to be as easy as possible for you. We kindly ask you to contact our customer care team at info@suzirose.com.au  (please add us to your contacts, and/or check your junk folder if you don’t receive an email from us within 1 day of contacting us) or contact us on +6145 1055 866 to request a return authorisation number (RA).

 

We are happy to exchange, credit or refund your item/s where:

  • All items are in their original condition with tags attached with no signs of wear
  • An RA Number has been approved and provided to you by our office.
  • Items are returned to Head Office within 7 days of receiving your order. For international orders we allow up to 14 days to receive your return. Unfortunately items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
  • To request an exchange or refund please contact Suzi Rose designs via email and we will provide you with an RA number info@suzirose.com.au All returns are to be sent to the address given to you with the RA number

 Please note:

  • For sale items: We will provide an exchange or credit note, no refunds on sale items. Items need to be sent back within the same conditions outlined above - within 7 days of receiving the order. The exchange item must be available on the e-boutique and for the same cost. (If the exhange item is more, an invoice can be sent for the difference prior to the exchange.) Exchange orders are sent out free of charge
  • We do not offer returns on swimwear due to hygiene reasons. Please contact us to help determine your size
  • All returns for change of size or change of mind are at the expense of the customer.
  • Jewellery: If returned, earring must not have been tried on, we will not accept if signs of wear show due to hygiene reasons
  • We cannot accept liability for an item until it is received so we strongly recommend using tracking to ensure your parcel arrives to our head office.
  • Pre-Order items are made to order so can not be refunded for change of mind as they are made to order. We do however offer an exchange or credit note.

EXCHANGES

  • Suzi Rose designs customer care must be notified within 7 days of the date of receiving the delivery if you wish to exchange.
  • Please allow up to 7 days to receive your exchange.
  • You are responsible for the cost in returning the order. The replacement order will be sent free of charge
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will contact you via email.

REFUNDS

  • Suzi Rose designs customer care must be notified within 7 days of the date of delivery if you wish to refund.
  • Refunds are processed minus the postage cost.
  • Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to be processed.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
  • You will receive email confirmation stating that your refund has been processed.
  • We do not offer refunds on sale items or items purchased using a discount code.
